Returns and Refunds

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email business@topripz.com to start the return. Include your order email and what you are sending back.

The buyer pays return shipping. If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, Topripz pays the return shipping.

After we receive the return, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Store checkout is charged by Stripe, so that refund is issued through Stripe to the card you used.
