NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or pledge will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Topripz LLC, Warminster, PA 18974 and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. [Confirm any state exclusions.]
3. How to enter
Sweepstakes entry: join the Topripz founding list at topripz.com/early-access by submitting a valid email address. One entry per person for the mailing-list raffle; weekly sweepstakes entries recur automatically while you remain subscribed.
Alternative method of entry (AMOE):to enter without joining the list, mail a 3"×5" card with your full name, email, and mailing address to the Sponsor address above. Limit one AMOE entry per outer envelope. [Confirm postmark/receipt deadlines per drawing.]
4. Prizes & drawings
Weekly “Ripz Rewards” Sweepstakes: a Pokémon card of worthy value. Entries open Thursday 7PM EST · winner revealed Monday 7PM EST on our email list and X (@topripz). Approximate retail value (ARV): [$___] per weekly prize.

5. Super Early Bird program
“Super Early Bird” status is granted to founding-list members who back the Topripz Kickstarter campaign within 24 hours of their qualifying window opening. For members who join before the campaign goes live, the 24-hour window opens when the campaign launches. Backing is verified against the official Kickstarter backer record.
Super Early Bird benefits: qualifying members receive Super Early Bird pricing on the pledge tier they back (up to 30% off the corresponding retail price), a Topripz starter kit, listing on the Early Supporter page, and entry into the Mega Jackpot drawing. Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice. [Counsel to finalize scope and duration.]
6. Winner selection & notification
Winners are selected at random from eligible entries and notified by email and/or via our X account (@topripz). Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If a winner cannot be contacted within [___] days, an alternate may be selected.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion for any reason.
