By purchasing from or using topripz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of topripz.com.

TopRipz LLC operates topripz.com. We design and sell semi-rigid card sleeves with a perforated tear-tab, intended for storing, shipping, and submitting trading cards for professional grading. Our products are patent pending.

All products are physical goods shipped within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Images on the site are for illustrative purposes. Actual product dimensions and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax. Sales tax may be collected where required by law. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to these terms.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days from the Greater Philadelphia area, Pennsylvania. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

We currently ship to US addresses only. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us at support@topripz.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including a full refund where applicable.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unused or defective to qualify for a return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal within one billing cycle
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect

The TopRipz name, logo, product design, and site content are the property of TopRipz LLC. The tear-tab sleeve design is patent pending. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopRipz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site, including but not limited to damage to trading cards during shipping or storage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranty that our products will meet every specific use case or grading company requirement, as grading standards are set by third parties and may change. We recommend verifying submission requirements with your grading service before use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase shall first be submitted to support@topripz.com for informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or placing a new order after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
